Enjoy our Lakeside Villa in Litchfield By the Sea. If you want a more quiet and relaxing getaway with a bit more privacy that oceanfront high-rises, this is your spot. It's a 8 minute walk to the beach, but there is also a FREE Golf Cart service to take you to the beach and back, and only a few minute drive from some amazing golf courses in Myrtle Beach. It's more of a low-country atmosphere the south is known for.

These are fully equipped kitchens, you know, with full fridges, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you'll need. The unit also has two HDTV's with one in the master bedroom and one in the living room, and a TV in the guest bedroom, a washer/dryer and internet access. Another plus is the lake view from the master bedroom and back porch! All of this is in a gated community as well with 24-hour security.

Of course, you are close the big outdoor community pool to relax in at night and you can also take advantage of Websters Bar and Grill that is part of Litchfield by the Sea. There are even bike paths and bicycle rentals available!

 

Plus, don't forget about the clubhouse with a full exercise facility, or the tennis courts you can use to your full advantage. This shaping up to be one amazing rental in Pawleys Island!

 

But there is more too! Guests also have access to "Beachside Health & Fitness" center for an additional fee.
